The majority of our products are digital or service-based, so shipping is not applicable in many cases. For "print on demand" books, shipping rates and times will be negotiated at the time of purchase. By default, we will use standard shipping with a tracking number—although expedited shipping can be arranged. While we will be available for inquiries at every step of the way, contacting the carrier for additional and accurate information is recommended as they are able to provide the most up to date information on your package.
While most digital orders are automated, there are times when orders may need to be fulfilled manually. There is a 1-2 business day process time for all orders. Please note, we do not fulfull or ship on weekends. If your order was placed on Friday evening, it may not be fulfilled or shipped out until Monday.
